Bio: Budi is the visionary behind the Juara Holding Group. His career has been dedicated to shaping the landscape of luxury tourism in Indonesia. After decades of managing some of the world’s most iconic properties, Budi founded Juara to create a portfolio of niche, experience-driven companies that showcase Indonesia’s beauty with an uncompromising commitment to quality and safety. He provides the strategic direction for Parasailing Bali Adventures, ensuring the brand’s ethos of ‘championship-level’ service is embedded in every facet of the operation.
I Gede Wirawan
Head of Marine Operations
Credentials: Certified Ahli Nautika Kapal Penangkap Ikan (ANKAPIN I), PADI Divemaster, Advanced Marine First Aid & CPR, 20+ years of water sports management in Nusa Dua.
Bio: A native of Sanur, Gede’s life has been intertwined with the sea. He is a highly respected figure in Bali’s marine tourism community, known for his meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of the local wind and water conditions. Gede personally oversees all crew training, equipment maintenance schedules, and daily operational safety checks. He ensures that every flight adheres to our strict protocols, which are informed by real-time data from the BMKG (Indonesia’s Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency). His local knowledge is invaluable, allowing us to select the optimal launch sites for the safest and most scenic parasailing adventures.
Ayu Lestari
Lead Adventure Concierge
Credentials: Bachelor’s in Tourism Management (STP Bali), Certified by ASITA (Association of The Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies), Fluent in English, Japanese, and Indonesian.
Bio: Ayu is the heart of our client experience. With a background in managing VIP client relations for a leading luxury travel agency, she excels at understanding and anticipating the needs of a discerning clientele. Ayu and her team are the primary point of contact for our guests, curating every detail from private transportation arrangements with our partners at Goldenbird to coordinating with personal butlers at resorts like the St. Regis or Mulia. Her goal is to make the entire experience, from initial inquiry to post-flight relaxation, feel effortless and exceptional.
Captain Hendra Pratama
Chief Safety & Compliance Officer
Credentials: Former Officer, Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla), Certified in Maritime Search and Rescue (SAR) from BASARNAS, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
Bio: Captain Hendra brings a level of discipline and procedural rigor that is unmatched in the industry. His background in national maritime security and rescue operations informs our entire safety framework. He is responsible for developing and auditing our Emergency Action Plans (EAP), ensuring compliance with all regulations from the Ministry of Transportation (Kementerian Perhubungan), and managing our relationship with AirNav Indonesia for airspace safety. Captain Hendra’s work is largely behind the scenes, but his impact is felt in the confidence and peace of mind our guests enjoy.
