Safety & Compliance — Our Certifications and Regulatory Standing

Our Commitment to Safety & Compliance

At Parasailing Bali Adventures, safety is not a feature; it is the very foundation of our existence. As a premier luxury service under the Juara Holding Group, we have established a safety and compliance framework that not only meets but significantly exceeds Indonesian regulatory requirements. We believe that true exhilaration can only be experienced with absolute peace of mind. This page provides a transparent overview of our licenses, certifications, and the rigorous protocols that govern every flight.

Official Licensing & Corporate Compliance

We operate with full legal and regulatory approval from the Government of Indonesia. Our credentials are a matter of public record and demonstrate our commitment to lawful, professional operation.

  • SIUP-PARIWISATA: We hold a valid Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan Bidang Pariwisata (Tourism Business Trading License) issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Ministry of Tourism). This is the primary license required for all legitimate tourism operators in Indonesia.
  • NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak): We are a registered taxpayer in Indonesia, fulfilling all fiscal responsibilities as a legally incorporated entity (Perseroan Terbatas).
  • BPJS Ketenagakerjaan: All our employees, including boat crew and administrative staff, are fully insured under the mandatory Indonesian social security and employment insurance program. This covers work-related accidents and healthcare, ensuring our team is protected.
  • IATA Accreditation: As part of our comprehensive concierge service, our travel division holds an IATA (International Air Transport Association) accreditation, allowing for professional and secure flight and travel package bookings for our international clientele.

Crew & Equipment Certification

The safety of your adventure depends on the quality of our people and our equipment. We invest heavily in both.

  • Crew Maritime Certifications: Every boat captain holds, at a minimum, an ANKAPIN I or equivalent maritime license and a SKKPI (Sertifikat Keterampilan Khusus Pelaut Indonesia). All crew members are certified in Basic Sea Survival and Advanced Marine First Aid/CPR.
  • International Standards: While adhering to all Indonesian regulations, we model our operational best practices on guidelines from the Water Sports Industry Association (WSIA), ensuring our procedures are benchmarked against global standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: All equipment, from our custom-built winch boats to our high-performance parasail canopies and harnesses, undergoes a rigorous, documented inspection schedule. Daily pre-flight checks, weekly tactical inspections, and monthly comprehensive reviews are logged and audited by our Chief Safety Officer.

Operational Safety Protocols

Our safety framework extends to every aspect of our daily operations, leaving nothing to chance.

  • Airspace Coordination: We maintain a formal communication protocol with AirNav Indonesia to ensure our operations in the Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa areas do not conflict with the flight paths of Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Our operational altitudes are strictly controlled.
  • Real-Time Weather Monitoring: We utilize live data feeds from the BMKG (Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika) and other international marine weather services. We have strict, non-negotiable cut-off points for wind speed, wave height, and storm proximity. Operations are suspended well before conditions become marginal.
  • Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a comprehensive, documented EAP that is drilled quarterly with our entire crew. This includes protocols for medical emergencies, equipment malfunction, and sudden weather changes. Our plan includes direct communication channels with BASARNAS (National Search and Rescue Agency) and the local marine police (Polairud).
  • Vessel & Guest Tracking: Every vessel is equipped with a GPS transponder, allowing for real-time tracking by our on-shore operations team. A detailed passenger manifest is maintained for every trip.

Our commitment to safety is absolute. We welcome any inquiries into our procedures and are proud to operate one of the most professional and secure parasailing adventures in the world. For further questions, please contact our team or consult our experts.
